1. Overview & Merchant of Record
Welcome to Future IT Lab Software Marketplace ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our ready-made web application source codes, Laravel SaaS scripts, mobile app templates, or software assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Payment Processing & Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd / Paddle Inc). Paddle manages all customer order inquiries, payments, invoicing, and tax collection.
2. Software License Types & Rights
All software products purchased from Future IT Lab are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a software product, you receive full access to the uncompiled source code under one of the following license tiers:
Standard License
Single End Product
- Use for 1 personal or commercial live domain/installation.
- Full access to complete PHP/Laravel/Flutter source code.
- Modify, customize, and rebrand code for your business.
- Cannot redistribute or resell source code files.
Extended License
SaaS & Multi-Client Distribution
- Use across multiple client projects or SaaS end users.
- Charge end users a subscription fee for the SaaS product.
- Lifetime product updates and premium source code access.
- Cannot open-source or publicly redistribute raw repository.
3. Instant Digital Delivery
All purchases are 100% digital goods. Immediately upon successful payment verification via Paddle, you will receive:
- An instant secure download link on your order completion screen.
- An automated receipt email containing permanent access to your source code zip package and license credentials.
- Permanent access within your Future IT Lab Customer Dashboard under the "My Downloads" section.
4. Technical Support & Source Code Integrity
Every software package includes comprehensive documentation, installation guides, database schema scripts, and API documentation. We guarantee that all code is tested, verified, and free of malicious scripts or obfuscated backdoors.
